The RICS have recently published the UK Residential Market Survey for December 2022 and it won’t be a surprise to anyone that market activity is weakening. Buyer demand has fallen once again, leading to fewer sales completions. Looking forward, surveyors are anticipating the decline to continue over coming months. Although buyer activity has weakened, the number of new listings has also fallen, something that has been an issue in the market place for many months now.
